Business Development Manager – B2B Sales

About the role

Radiant Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships across its staffing and software solutions business. The role is based in India and requires full‑time onsite presence at the office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, market research and analysis.
• Proactively contact direct clients and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow‑up.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and gather detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery on client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, opportunities and closures in the CRM system.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay persistent and maintain a proactive attitude.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred).
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Familiarity with the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus.
