Business Development Executive

About the role

HIREKARMA Private Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its recruitment and placement services across colleges, training institutes, and corporate partners. Based in Bhubaneswar, you will work on‑site to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth for our technology‑driven hiring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads among educational institutions and corporate clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure partnerships.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Track sales pipeline, performance metrics, and prepare regular business reports.
• Represent HIREKARMA at industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong new‑business development and lead‑generation capabilities.
• Proven account‑management and relationship‑building experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, revenue growth, and market analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, EdTech, or campus placement is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
