Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team and drive B2B growth in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be a results‑oriented professional with 1‑2 years of experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute new business prospects through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline and recognize client needs to recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare compelling product or service demos, proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
• Follow up with prospects, convert leads into opportunities, negotiate pricing, and close profitable deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while staying informed of market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of B2B sales or business development experience within the Indian market.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven with solid problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in lead‑generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with Apollo or similar sales enablement tools.
