Business Development Executive

About the role

Inextrix Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join its Ahmedabad office. You will drive growth by uncovering new market opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering compelling sales proposals in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new business opportunities, including markets, partnerships, and prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Understand client needs and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maximizing profitability and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and technical departments to align growth strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitor movements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client‑facing role.
• Experience in technology, software, or IT services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
