Business Development Executive

About the role

Soul Travelling, an experiential travel company based in Goa, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its North Goa team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the company’s network of partners, clients, and curated experiences across travel, hospitality and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, travel partners, corporates, schools and other organisations.
• Generate leads, conduct follow‑ups and manage the sales pipeline using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and customised experiential travel packages.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective accounts, negotiate terms and support long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and represent Soul Travelling at events, fairs and networking forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development, lead generation and account management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Interest in travel, tourism, culture, heritage and community‑based experiences.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and handle fieldwork in North Goa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or related field (preferred).
