Business Development Executive

About the role

Azrut is seeking a result‑oriented Business Development Executive to drive international IT sales. You will generate qualified leads, engage decision‑makers, and guide prospects from discovery to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads for IT staff augmentation and custom software development services.
• Identify and connect with founders, CTOs, engineering managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other channels.
• Research prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase and similar tools.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets and project timelines.
• Schedule and lead discovery calls and sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow‑up communications.
• Coordinate with recruitment, technical and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity details in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities until closure.
• Achieve monthly lead, meeting, pipeline and revenue targets.
• Prepare weekly sales performance reports.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in business development or international IT sales.
• Proven track record selling IT services, staff augmentation, dedicated teams or software development.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised, persistent and target‑driven.
