Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive international B2B growth across key global markets. The role focuses on expanding our export footprint, building strategic partnerships, and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop international B2B opportunities across key global markets.
• Appoint and manage overseas distributors, importers, and strategic partners.
• Drive export sales through institutional clients, private‑label opportunities, and international retail chains.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, MOUs, and commercial terms.
• Manage key international accounts and ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams on export documentation, compliance, logistics, and production planning.
• Track global market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve international revenue and expansion targets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in international B2B business development (cosmetics/beauty/FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and documentation.
• Proven track record of developing overseas markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive global growth initiatives.
