Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth across our contract manufacturing and related business segments. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads across Pan India.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of orders for contract manufacturing.
• Manage key accounts, uncover growth opportunities, and maximize revenue.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless hand‑over to internal teams.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, finance, technology, and regulatory teams to guarantee timely delivery and compliance.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and new product opportunities.
• Create annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year of business development experience, preferably in FMCG or personal care.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• CRM experience.
