Business Development Executive – IT/Software Sales

About the role

Mingrow HQ is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of its IT and software solutions. You will work either from the office or in the field, generating leads, conducting demos, and converting prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for IT/software products and services.
  • Make outbound calls and engage B2B prospects.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and follow up with interested parties.
  • Convert qualified leads into closed sales.
  • Maintain lead information and sales activities in a CRM system.
  • Perform cold‑calling and other lead‑generation activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Required profile

  • Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT/software or B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of business development and sales processes.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Office role: ₹15,000 per month plus incentives.
    • Field role: ₹20,000 per month plus incentives.
    • Full‑time employment with a choice of work mode.
