Business Development Executive – IT Equipment Rental

About the role

RAC IT Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive to expand its presence in the IT equipment rental market. The role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the Mumbai region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships to grow the business.
• Target and acquire new business opportunities within the IT equipment rental sector.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals independently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Required profile

• Any graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT hardware, system integration, or rental solutions.
• Strong understanding of the IT equipment market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results‑driven with a proactive, aggressive sales approach.
• Willingness to travel as required.
