Business Development Executive – Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our influencer marketing services portfolio. Based in Mumbai, you will identify new B2B opportunities, build relationships with brands and agencies, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, networking and referrals.
• Engage with marketing decision‑makers at brands and agencies to understand their needs and present tailored influencer marketing solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations and follow‑up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Prepare proposals and commercial quotes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Maintain strong relationships with both prospects and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay informed on influencer marketing trends and coordinate handover to the campaign team after closure.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in influencer, digital or advertising agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and pitching abilities.
• Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
• Target‑driven, proactive and highly organized.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing and influencer ecosystem.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
