Business Development Executive – Healthcare Partnerships

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive the adoption of the Book Your Token platform across clinics, hospitals and doctors in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. You will work on‑site, visiting healthcare facilities, demonstrating the solution and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage doctors, clinics and hospitals in the assigned territories.
• Conduct regular field visits to present the Book Your Token platform and explain its benefits.
• Understand each facility’s patient flow and queue‑management challenges.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects and move opportunities toward closure.
• Handle sales discussions, objections and negotiations within approved commercial terms.
• Coordinate with leadership for strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
• Collect onboarding information and hand over signed clients to operations.
• Monitor newly onboarded doctors during the activation period and support increased patient usage.
• Record visits, prospects, follow‑ups, conversions and account progress accurately.
• Gather feedback from healthcare staff and relay market insights to the company.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare or B2B sales.
• Fluent spoken Tamil and strong professional communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching doctors, clinic administrators and hospital decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the listed territories.
• Ownership of a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work with limited supervision after training.
• Eagerness to learn the health‑tech industry and understand clinic operations.
