Business Development Executive (Europe – Outreach & Pre-Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive our expansion across Europe. You will identify and engage prospects in the automotive and technology sectors, creating tailored proposals and supporting pre‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile a list of companies operating in the European automotive or technology markets.
• Draft personalized offer letters and proposals based on company profiles and our service portfolio.
• Contact prospects via email, LinkedIn or other channels and present the proposals.
• Track communications, follow up with leads and maintain accurate outreach records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with service capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written English and ability to craft compelling proposals.
• Previous exposure to the automotive or software industry is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Multilingual skills (German, French or Spanish) are a plus.
