Business Development Associate – Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for driven Business Development Associates with a strong tele‑sales background to join the Revamp team of Urban Company. As an Inside Sales Consultant you will be the primary touchpoint for customers, helping them redesign and enhance their living spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and close high‑value sales through consultative engagement to meet revenue and conversion targets.
• Understand customer needs in depth and recommend customized design and product solutions as a trusted advisor.
• Guide customers on design, layout and aesthetics to ensure high satisfaction.
• Use AI‑generated visualisations to help customers picture post‑installation outcomes.
• Lead pricing discussions, justify premium pricing and protect margins while closing deals.
• Identify high‑intent clients through structured need analysis and prioritize quality conversions.
• Monitor deal progress, manage follow‑ups and ensure timely revenue realization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and on‑ground partners for smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Provide real‑time support during installations or customer interactions to maintain service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong relationship‑building and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, six‑day work week.
