Business Analyst

About the role

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to work with customers in the Bangalore area. The role focuses on understanding complex business requirements, recommending automation, and supporting product planning aligned with the company’s IT strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings to capture and analyse customer business requirements and operational objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose IT solutions that fit the overall IT strategy.
• Support the IT Product Manager in product and service planning based on gathered requirements.
• Document current challenges, future requirements and expected benefits for customers.
• Develop specification documents for review with stakeholders and product teams.
• Monitor external business trends to challenge and refine requirements.
• Act as liaison between product management and technical teams during development and implementation to ensure solution integrity.
• Maintain awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity to protect the company’s reputation.
