Business Analyst

About the role

Honasa Consumer Limited (HCL) is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data‑centric solutions across its fast‑growing beauty and personal‑care portfolio. The role combines data engineering, AI‑enabled insight generation and KPI ownership to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL, automate reporting workflows and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Leverage AI/LLM‑based tools and analytical frameworks to generate consumer insights, predict trends and evaluate creative performance.
• Define, develop and communicate key performance indicators to leadership, own the metrics end‑to‑end and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional business teams to embed data‑driven decision making into daily operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a business or data analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid foundation in mathematics and statistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to apply AI/LLM tools and machine‑learning techniques to extract actionable insights.
• BTech degree from a reputable engineering college (preferred).
