Business Analyst – Data & AI Solutions

About the role

Honasa Consumer Limited (HCL) is seeking a Business Analyst to design and maintain data pipelines, apply AI-driven insights, and support data‑centric decision making across its fast‑growing beauty and personal‑care brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL, automating reporting workflows and ensuring data accuracy.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools and analytical frameworks to generate consumer insights, trend predictions, and performance analyses.
• Define, develop, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, owning metrics end‑to‑end and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional business teams to embed data‑driven decision making into daily operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a business or data analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid foundations in mathematics and statistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to apply AI/LLM and machine‑learning techniques to extract actionable insights.
• Preferably a BTech degree from a reputable engineering college.
