About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to shape and execute a 365‑day, 360‑degree brand narrative across retail, digital, mass media, and experiential channels. The role demands strategic thinking, end‑to‑end campaign ownership, and close collaboration with multiple business units to drive regional market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy that integrates retail, digital, mass media, and experiential touchpoints.
• Lead high‑impact campaigns across stores, catchment areas, and mass media while ensuring brand consistency.
• Adapt campaigns for local relevance and manage new brand launches, including positioning and go‑to‑market plans.
• Leverage sales data, consumer research, and market trends to refine messaging and optimize media spend.
• Set clear KPIs, track ROI, and optimize marketing investments across regions.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product, regional, co‑branded, and digital teams.
