Brand Manager – Special Projects

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead special projects and drive content strategy across all brand touchpoints. You will own the creation, planning and execution of compelling content that aligns with product launches, seasonal moments and brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the content calendar for digital, social, retail and experiential channels.
• Oversee content production workflows, briefing creative teams, agencies and freelancers.
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Lead high‑priority initiatives such as brand relaunches, new market entries, influencer programmes and strategic partnerships.
• Define and execute channel deployment strategies across social, email, digital advertising, e‑commerce and in‑store platforms.
• Collaborate with Brand, D2C and E‑commerce teams to ensure cohesive, commercially impactful marketing strategies.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy or integrated marketing within the beauty/personal‑care industry.
• Experience in D2C beauty or skin‑care brands is preferred.
• Proven track record of creating and managing content across multiple channels.
• Graduate degree, MBA or PGDM.
