Brand Manager (Offline & Online)

About the role

Dhiya Couture, a luxury couture house inspired by Rajputi heritage, seeks a proactive Brand Manager to execute its brand strategy across both offline and online channels. You will translate the brand’s philosophy of quiet power and heritage aesthetics into tangible touchpoints, from retail environments to digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in turning the overall brand strategy into daily actions, coordinating with external agencies (branding, PR, photography) and internal teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, OOH media buying, PR gifting logistics, and launch event operations.
• Support visual merchandising to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across stores and document in‑store customer behavior.
• Help plan and execute content calendars, write brand‑aligned captions, and aid shoot planning (moodboards, references, art‑direction coordination).
• Research potential brand, artist, influencer, and collaboration opportunities; assist with outreach and event/pop‑up planning.
• Track luxury‑sector competitors, pricing, campaigns, and positioning to surface market insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional brand management or marketing experience, preferably in luxury fashion, couture, or premium retail.
• Strong aesthetic sense, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to own tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced atelier environment.
• Deep curiosity about fashion, luxury culture, and traditional craftsmanship.

Required skills

• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma.
• Understanding of omni‑channel luxury retail execution, photoshoot art direction, PR networking, and media‑buying logistics.
