Brand Executive – Marketing (Consumer Care Division)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Brand Executive to join our Consumer Care Division (CCD) in Kolkata. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and grow market share in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager in designing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Support ATL and BTL activities to increase brand visibility and consumer interaction.
• Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends, and prepare insight reports.
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies for campaign execution, packaging design, and promotional content.
• Manage brand activation events, trade shows, influencer initiatives, and on‑ground branding materials.
• Track campaign performance, calculate ROI, and report results to the Brand Manager.
• Support new product development, launch planning, and cross‑functional coordination with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing assets.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
• 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Hands‑on experience in campaign coordination, agency management, and marketing operations.
