Brand Communication & Content Creation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Communication & Content Creation professional to lead storytelling, communication strategy, and the content ecosystem for a leading luxury house. You will shape the narrative of an iconic brand by highlighting craftsmanship, heritage, design, and bespoke experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall brand communication strategy, defining brand voice, messaging, and storytelling framework.
• Ensure consistency across digital, print, PR, events, and internal communications.
• Own content planning for website, social media, campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, brochures, product stories, newsletters, and corporate communications.
• Build annual and quarterly content calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Create compelling narratives for product launches, collections, collaborations, and campaigns.
• Develop founder‑led and brand‑led thought leadership content.
• Drive content performance across digital platforms, maintain editorial standards, and approve all communication assets before publication.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, PR, Sales, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in brand communication, content strategy, editorial, luxury marketing, or corporate communication.
• Prior experience with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, design houses, architecture, or premium brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Brand Management, Literature, Design Communication, or related fields; candidates from premier institutes are preferred.
