Boiler Operator

About the role

The Boiler Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers, ensuring continuous steam generation to support production processes. The position works on‑site within a manufacturing environment and reports to the production supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control boiler pressure and temperature levels.
• Perform routine inspections and record operating data.
• Respond promptly to system alarms and any irregularities.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks on boiler equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and larger interventions.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Support production operations by maintaining uninterrupted boiler performance.
