Block Coordinator – Digital Primary Healthcare

About the role

PATH is seeking a Block Coordinator to lead the digitisation of primary health‑care services in selected districts of Maharashtra, India. The role will support the implementation of a district‑wide digital saturation model that improves reproductive, maternal and child health service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the rollout of digital health solutions across public and private health facilities within the assigned block.
• Work with field teams to digitise health records, community health initiatives and service‑delivery workflows.
• Monitor data quality, system interoperability and performance indicators to inform data‑driven decision‑making.
• Facilitate training and capacity‑building for health workers to ensure effective use of digital tools.
• Liaise with state health authorities, local partners and third‑party vendors to align implementation with policy and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and analytical professional with a “will‑do” attitude.
• Experience working on health‑sector projects, preferably in digital health or primary care settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned block and work on‑site.
