Blister Packing Operator – Team Member

About the role

The Team Member – Packing (Blister Packing Operator) will be responsible for safely and accurately executing bottle‑packing operations for potent oral solid dosage (OSD) products. The role requires strict adherence to cGMP, containment, quality, and environmental health & safety (EHS) standards while ensuring correct documentation and operator safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bottle‑packing lines for potent products following approved batch production records (BPR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform bottle feeding, tablet filling, cotton induction, capping, sealing, labeling, and final packing.
• Monitor and maintain electronic and mechanical counting/sensor systems.
• Conduct in‑process checks such as fill count, seal integrity, label accuracy, and pack appearance at defined intervals.
• Reconcile packs, manage printed material accountability, and handle rejects or rework according to procedure.
• Follow high‑potency handling and containment protocols, wearing prescribed PPE and respiratory protection at all times.

• Ability to work in a potent area while complying with containment and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail for in‑process quality checks and documentation.
• Willingness to follow cGMP, SOPs, and EHS guidelines consistently.
