Bilingual Telecaller (Hindi/Telugu) – Onsite in Coimbatore

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Telecaller fluent in Hindi and/or Telugu to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote our Prepster school‑wear products, answer queries and support the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following provided scripts to introduce Prepster products.
• Record customer details, feedback and update the CRM or call logs accurately.
• Schedule follow‑up calls and share order or pricing information with the sales team.
• Handle basic inbound queries with a professional and courteous tone.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Telugu; basic English for internal coordination.
• Ability to engage customers over the phone, listen actively and respond politely.
• Comfortable using a phone, basic computer applications and simple CRM or spreadsheet tools.
• Customer‑focused mindset with patience and resilience.
• Minimum high school completion; diploma or undergraduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn about school‑wear products and work collaboratively on‑site.
