Bike Taxi Rider (Bike Pilot) – Kangra

About the role

Clixi is expanding its bike‑taxi network in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. As a Bike Taxi Rider (also called a Bike Pilot), you will use your own two‑wheeler to transport students, tourists, and locals quickly through the town’s narrow, hilly streets.

Key responsibilities

• Accept ride requests through the Clixi app and navigate to pick‑up and drop‑off points.
• Provide safe, courteous service to passengers, including handling luggage or equipment when needed.
• Maintain your vehicle in good condition and ensure helmets are available for both rider and passenger.
• Follow Clixi’s safety protocols, use the in‑app SOS feature if required, and report any incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Own a motorbike or scooter in good working order.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.
• Vehicle registration certificate (RC) and up‑to‑date insurance.
• Two helmets (one for you, one for the passenger).
• Smartphone (Android preferred) with internet access.
• Aadhar and PAN card for KYC verification.
