Key responsibilities

• Deliver guests' luggage, messages, and other items promptly throughout the property.
• Provide a warm, professional introduction to each guest’s room, highlighting amenities and services.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, acting as an ambassador for the brand and delivering exceptional service.
• Assist with any guest requests or inquiries, always with a smile.
