Behavioral Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Behavioral Learning & Development professional to lead our organization’s behavioral learning agenda. You will own the end‑to‑end process of identifying training needs, shaping an annual learning calendar, and delivering high‑impact interventions that drive measurable behavior change across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured Training Needs Identification (TNI) across business units and analyse IDPs and performance data to surface capability gaps.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to prioritize learning needs for the fiscal year and translate them into a phased, balanced Annual Learning Calendar.
• Design and develop behavioral learning interventions for instructor‑led, e‑learning, blended and cohort‑based formats, ensuring content is interactive and scenario‑based.
• Create e‑learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, and manage external vendors when required.
• Collaborate with managers to reinforce learning on the ground and track participation, completion and effectiveness metrics.
• Continuously refine programs based on feedback and evolving business priorities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in behavioral L&D and capability building at an enterprise level.
• Proven ability to design and deliver both organization‑wide and targeted learning interventions.
• Expertise in training needs analysis, IDP analysis and learning design.
• Excellent program and project management skills with a stakeholder‑focused mindset.
