About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Make-up Artist you will combine your creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Conduct in‑store events and demonstrations to engage shoppers.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the store.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software to process transactions accurately.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a passion for people and beauty.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Legal right to live and work in India.
• Previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur experience also considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Demonstrated makeup artistry techniques.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to follow visual‑merchandising guidelines.
