Beauty Advisor / Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will blend creative makeup expertise with technical skill to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting high‑performing team initiatives and visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations that inspire and educate shoppers.
• Participate in and help organise in‑store events to drive engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that differentiate the store from competitors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store performance goals.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a passion for beauty and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.

Required skills

• Make‑up artistry (creative and technical expertise).
• Retail point‑of‑sale software proficiency.
