About the role
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team at the Sky 360 Revolving Restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages to our guests in a dynamic, fast‑paced hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain consistency in beverage presentation and taste standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Provide excellent guest service and engage positively with customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control.
- Follow food safety and operational guidelines.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work rotational shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Operation of espresso machines.
- Coffee preparation techniques.
