Banquet Service Ambassador

About the role

Join Fairmont Udaipur Palace’s pre‑opening team as a Banquet Service Ambassador. You will be the face of our luxury banquet experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and receives impeccable service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, creating a warm first impression.
• Promote menu items and maximize sales through product knowledge.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate with cashiers and kitchen staff.
• Supervise and coach team members to maintain high service standards.
• Serve food and beverages in the banquet area and assist with setup and breakdown.
• Participate in daily briefings and monthly service meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and workstations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, reporting to management as needed.
• Take ownership of a designated section and ensure brand standards are met.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of luxury guest expectations and a desire to exceed them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work efficiently on weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to develop further within the Fairmont brand.
• Valid Food Hygiene certificate.
