About the role
We are looking for a motivated Bakery Assistant to join our Secunderabad location. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will support daily bakery operations, ensuring high‑quality products and a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in baking breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Help with cake decorating and product presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Organise supplies and follow food‑safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Provide courteous customer service, answer product queries, and package orders.
- Support front‑of‑house staff during busy periods.
Required profile
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexible to work early or shift schedules.
- Attention to detail, reliability and ability to follow standardized recipes.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or practical baking experience.
