Backend Developer – Python, Flask, FastAPI

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, build and maintain robust backend services that power our digital marketing platform. The role focuses on Python‑based APIs, database management and integration with AI automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Flask and FastAPI.
• Integrate backend systems with AI bots, automation tools and third‑party APIs.
• Design and manage MySQL database schemas, write complex queries and perform performance tuning.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Ensure application performance, uptime and scalability while applying secure coding practices.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in backend development with Python.
• Strong experience with Flask and/or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in MySQL, including complex queries and optimization.
• Experience integrating APIs, webhooks and third‑party services.
• Good understanding of software design principles, RESTful API design and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker and CI/CD workflows is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
