Backend Developer (Node.js) – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer proficient in Node.js to design and maintain high‑performance server‑side applications. The role involves building robust APIs, integrating third‑party services and supporting web and mobile platforms for our logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and real‑time services with WebSockets.
• Implement microservices architecture for modular applications.
• Integrate third‑party services such as payment gateways, SMS gateways and mapping APIs (Google Maps, Jio Maps, Roads API).
• Work with MongoDB for data modelling and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with frontend teams (AngularJS) to ensure seamless API integration.
• Apply authentication, authorisation and data‑security best practices.
• Optimise application performance, scalability and reliability.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on AWS.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and troubleshoot existing systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑grade, scalable applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
