Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Azure DevOps Engineer with strong Linux administration experience to join our software engineering team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and managing Azure cloud infrastructure, building robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the security and performance of Linux‑based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Azure infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep.
• Automate cloud deployments and manage resources through Azure DevOps pipelines, scripts and other automation frameworks.
• Monitor, optimize and control cost, scalability and performance of Azure services.
• Create, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for applications hosted on Azure, integrating code repositories and build processes.
• Administer Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS), applying updates, patches and configuration management with Ansible, Puppet or Chef.
• Troubleshoot system, networking, security and application performance issues.
• Implement security best practices, conduct regular assessments and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams, provide production support and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Document configurations, processes and best practices for both Azure and Linux environments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level (L3) professional with proven Azure cloud experience.
• Extensive Linux administration background.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
