AWS re/Start Trainer – Technical Training Role

About the role

Digital Detect Technologies is looking for an AWS re/Start Trainer to design and deliver technical training programs. The role involves creating curricula, managing schedules, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to participants in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design technical training programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Prepare training schedules, classroom agendas, and course content.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching.
• Maintain and report data on course completion, attendance, and issues.
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, assess program effectiveness, and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in IT or related fields (BCA, B‑Tech CS, BSc IT, MCA, MSc IT, M‑Tech CS preferred).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Experience as a technical trainer.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
