AWS re/Start Trainer – Technical Trainer

About the role

Digital Detect Technologies is seeking an AWS re/Start Trainer to design and deliver technical training programs. The role involves creating curricula, managing schedules, and conducting workshops for groups or individuals, primarily on‑site in Karur, Tamil Nadu.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical training programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Prepare training schedules, classroom agendas, and course content.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands‑on labs in group or one‑on‑one settings.
• Maintain records of course completion, attendance, and issues, and generate reports.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (BCA, B‑Tech CS, BSc IT, MCA, MSc IT, M‑Tech CS preferred).
• Experience as a technical trainer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking before crowds.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking.
• Linux operating system proficiency.
• Understanding of databases.
• Basic Python programming skills.
