AWS DevOps Engineer

About the role

Airbus India is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join its Bangalore team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud‑native solutions that support critical business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business processes and translate them into stable cloud architectures.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of AWS‑hosted solutions.
• Perform log analysis and monitor performance dashboards.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations and recommend performance improvements.
• Collaborate with European customers, gathering requirements and delivering solutions.
• Maintain compliance awareness and act with integrity in all activities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience on AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker containerisation.
• Proficiency with logging tools such as Kibana, OpenSearch or Splunk.
• Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Ability to write Dockerfiles and Bash scripts.
• Experience with Jenkins or comparable CI/CD platforms.
• Familiarity with GitHub version control and cloud performance monitoring.
