AVP HR Business Partner & Rewards

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Vice President – HR Business Partner & Rewards to join a fast‑growing co‑working space organization in Gurgaon. The role will partner with senior business leaders to shape people strategy, drive talent initiatives and oversee compensation and rewards programs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner on workforce planning, organization design, talent management and employee relations.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, leadership development and talent review cycles.
• Collaborate with business heads to improve employee engagement, productivity and retention.
• Drive HR change‑management initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Support compensation and rewards processes, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, incentive programs and policy governance.
• Analyse people metrics and provide insights for data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure HR compliance, governance and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
• MBA/PGDM from a premier B‑School (preferably 2016‑2019 batch).
• Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders in a high‑growth environment.
• Exposure to compensation & benefits or rewards functions is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical ability and executive presence.
