About the role
The Junior Warehouse Assistant supports the warehouse team by handling incoming orders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring accurate inventory records. This position works closely with internal departments to guarantee timely dispatch of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and dispatch orders requested through the system for requesting departments.
- Monitor and confirm receipt of merchandise.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Organize and label products.
- Check inventory for expiration dates.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Handle telephone, email, and correspondence inquiries.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills for internal coordination.
