Auditor – Credit and Operations Audits

About the role

The Bank is seeking a dedicated Auditor to independently conduct credit audits of wholesale products such as Working Capital, SME, MEB and MIB. The role involves regular travel and close collaboration with various business units to ensure the safety and soundness of the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform independent credit audits of wholesale products, excluding retail, with regular field visits.
• Participate in product and operations audits across multiple business lines.
• Assist in planning, designing, and implementing risk‑based audit plans.
• Complete assigned audits on schedule and maintain comprehensive work papers.
• Track and report the status of audit issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Benchmark processes against best practices and peer banks.
• Maintain and update the Audit Procedure Manual and related checklists.
• Develop audit checklists, test products and processes, and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Provide improvement suggestions to line management.
• Oversee the concurrent audit process, ensuring timely report submission, checklist updates, issue reviews, and rectifications.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: CA or MBA in Finance.
• Proven audit experience with working capital, SME, MEB or MIB products.
