Associate/Professor in Pharmacy (Full‑Time)

About the role

Ganpat University is seeking an experienced academic to join its Pharmacy Department as an Associate Professor or Professor. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality teaching, lead research initiatives, and contribute to departmental administration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, labs and seminars in subjects such as pharmacology, pharmaceutics, medicinal chemistry and clinical pharmacy.
• Prepare course materials, assessments and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.
• Utilise innovative, technology‑enhanced teaching methods to foster critical thinking and practical skills.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback and supervise internships, clinical rotations and capstone projects.
• Conduct original research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, present at conferences and secure research funding.
• Mentor postgraduate students on theses and dissertations.
• Provide academic and career guidance, act as advisor and support co‑curricular pharmacy activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and accreditation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy courses.
• Strong research record with publications in reputable journals.
• Ability to obtain research grants and collaborate with industry or academic partners.
• Commitment to student mentorship and departmental service.
