Associate – Workday Consultant

About the role

This Associate position is part of PwC's Enterprise Architecture services, focusing on Workday consulting, testing, and development. You will help clients define technology objectives, assess solution options, and deliver architectural solutions that align with strategic and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams in all phases of Workday implementations.
• Prepare and deliver project artefacts and documentation.
• Act as Business Analyst, Tester, or Developer on Workday HCM modules.
• Develop and share technical knowledge within the team.
• Stay current with local and national business, economic, and technology trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal and client policies.
• Build internal relationships and represent the PwC brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th and graduation.
• BE/BTech/M.E/M.Tech/MBA degree (full‑time).
• 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Workday HCM modules – Recruiting, Talent, Performance Management, Compensation, Skills, Absence, Benefits.
• Workday Integration – PECI/WECI, CoreConnector, Studio.
• Manual testing and automation testing experience.
• Test management and defect management tools.
• Agile project delivery methodology.
• Workday certification (preferred).
