Associate - Trainer Acquisition

About the role

iamneo is seeking an Associate – Trainer Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its trainer talent pool. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding for positions that power its EdTech SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, resume screening, telephonic/video interviews, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
• Post and draft job descriptions on multiple portals and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Use Keka HR for requisition tracking, offer management, headcount reporting and onboarding initiation.
• Leverage Claude AI to generate interview question banks, summarize evaluation notes and automate hiring status updates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure timely communication and handoff to HR Operations.
• Drive bulk and lateral hiring initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in IT/EdTech or product‑service environments.
• Proficiency with major job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate experience management.
