Associate System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an Associate System Administrator to join our IT team in Ahmedabad. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to work with both Windows and Linux environments, supporting daily operations and contributing to the stability of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers and workstations.
• Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and ongoing management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace (G‑Suite) environments.
• Coordinate with vendors, track follow‑ups, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize ticketing tools to log, prioritize, and resolve user requests.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows Server services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in system administration.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for vendor interaction and internal support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
