Associate Security Officer

About the role

The Associate Security Officer will oversee the Smart campus security operations from a state‑of‑the‑art command centre, ensuring the safety of the perimeter, buildings, critical areas and essential systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor campus security operations through CCTV, access control, PA systems and other security management tools.
• Identify operational gaps and propose new technology solutions.
• Perform data analytics to improve security processes.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the campus.
• Support the implementation of integrated security and surveillance projects.
• Share operational insights with design teams and other campuses for continuous improvement.
• Provide input on security system AMCs to ensure uninterrupted support.
• Manage and maintain the highest standards of campus security.
• Build and lead the Security Command Center team.

Required profile

• Experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Ability to support integrated security and surveillance projects.
