Associate Relationship Manager - Affordable LAP

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – Affordable LAP will support the Affordable Mortgage Loans division by delivering high‑quality client service, driving customer acquisition and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through activities such as canopy events, leaflet distribution, cold calling and other localized initiatives.
• Service leads from front‑line sales, cross‑sell initiatives or other channels, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Meet individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client onboarding.
• Manage the end‑to‑end customer journey, including documentation, counselling, fulfilment and continuous support through sanction and disbursement.
• Prevent non‑starter accounts and assist collections teams in recovering EMIs when defaults occur.
• Build strong relationships with local builders, business communities and explore new channel partners to expand outreach and visibility.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
