About the role
The Associate – Quality Assurance supports the handling of product complaints, ensuring they are properly recorded, investigated and reported. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to uncover root causes and drive corrective actions, contributing to product safety and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, log and document all product complaints.
- Coordinate investigations with relevant departments using appropriate tools.
- Identify root causes of complaints and compile findings.
- Prepare and submit investigation reports to regulatory authorities, marketing teams and complainants.
- Compile Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports and follow up on their implementation.
Required profile
- Degree in Pharmacy (MPharma, BPharma) or a related scientific field (MSc, BSc).
